Its worthy to be disclosed to the consumer, that it’s your statutory rights to chose are fund or exchange if an item has a problem, this may comprise of a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it or when the item Is significantly different from the sample or description of the item
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a change of intellect returns policy where the following conditions are met
- a) The item must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached
- b) All returns must be made within 14 days of order date. Refund will exclude any postage costs.
- c) The consume will be liable for shipping costs for any item returned without fault.
- d) Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for swimwear, and, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights
